OVERVIEW

Perfectly Imperfect started as a message Fred Cadoshia needed to hear himself.
After years of navigating systems, survival, and silence, he built this platform to create what hadn’t existed for him: space to tell the truth without needing to clean it up first.

What began as personal reflection became spoken word layered over music, short films, and live moments that hold what most people skip past. Perfectly Imperfect isn’t performance—it’s permission. To be honest. To show up. To move different.

ABOUT US

ABOUT US

■ Sometimes, life takes a wrong turn, and it's no fault of our own. Yet, it leaves us feeling hopeless, as if there is no way out. That state of mind keeps us in bondage, ultimately leading to depression and forms of mental illness. But we must realize that no matter how complex or challenging the situation or circumstance, it is NOT our destiny!

After living abroad in Asia for five years, I developed a deeper understanding of what breaks the spirit and kills the soul: PEOPLE! Some of us were born into trauma, while others were thrown into it later in life, leaving us to seek love, acceptance, and validation from EVERYONE except ourselves and God.

We all can be freed from oppression with a strong support system and a changed mindset.  Our current situation does not determine nor dictate our final destination. So, I desire to be a CHANGE AGENT who helps people find their purpose. I aim to help others make that paradigm shift and turn their circumstance into a “CHANCE,” a new leash on life with unlimited possibilities.

My mission is all about community, and the goal is to unify and empower the perceived oppressed, weak, and underprivileged. Today, I promote the importance of self-love FIRST, then knowing your power, feeling your power… It's YOU against YOU.

Remember, no matter what race, creed, ethnicity, or gender we identify with, when we look up, we all see the same sky; in this life, we all want the same things: peace, love, respect, and happiness. My mission is to help you find it.

LET’S WORK

Fred Cadoshia creates spaces where people exhale—then feel what they’ve never had permission to name.

A storyteller, creative messenger, and guide, Fred Cadoshia brings a lived wisdom that stretches from military service to spiritual study, from quiet reflection to transformative conversations. His presence is calm, his voice steady, and his message unmistakable: growth doesn’t require perfection—just presence.

Rooted in faith and shaped by global experiences, Fred Cadoshia speaks to men navigating identity, transition, and untapped purpose. His style isn’t scripted but is felt. He invites the overlooked. The in-between. And those ready for more to reconnect with who they are beneath what they’ve been carrying.

Every room Fred Cadoshia enters becomes a moment—whether he’s in a backward cap or a tailored jacket, what you meet is the same: truth, sincerity, and the kind of presence that doesn’t just speak to you, it stays with you.

As a husband and father, Fred Cadoshia’s work is deeply personal—anchored in lived commitment, not just crafted language. He blends rhythm and reflection, offering spoken word and soul-led messaging over music—creative pieces that meet people where they are, not where they’re expected to be. His upcoming short film carries that same pulse: honest, immersive, and unfiltered.

Fred Cadoshia isn’t here to perform. He’s here to connect—and to remind you that you’re not too late, too far gone, or too different to be powerful on your own terms.
